How to Enjoy: Serve it chilled in a shot glass or mix into your tequila cocktail of choice. 

Nose  - Roasted agave, bright bell pepper, vegetal, smoky earthiness and vanilla sweetness

Palate - Sweet oak, robust roasty pepper spices and golden hay

Finish - Drying oak, prickling pepper, sweet caramel apple and smoke
