Oddbird Addiction is made from 100% organic wine from Quintana del Pidio, Ribera del Duero in Spain and gently dealcoholized to retain bold complexity. Unique winemaking techniques were used to extract the best from the special grapes of the area. A custom-made wine with layers of tannins. Provides a full bodied sensation integrated with plenty of fruits, freshness, minerality and spices that is still perfect to drink with food.
